This website will have no guarantees just tips that can help a teenager at Mount Saint Benedict’s College have a healthy and happier life in the present and future.
Some people reading this may not even know what wellbeing is so this first page is explaining what wellbeing is, how to achieve it, where to get help and some other helpful tips. What is Well-Being? Wellbeing can be defined as the state of being healthy, happy and comfortable.
 
Factors that influence wellbeing could be:
- A healthy dietExercising regularlyFriends that you can trust and rely on
- Enough sleep every nightHave some sort of religious or/and spiritual beliefs
- Fun and interesting hobbiesA positive self-esteem
- An optimistic outlook on lifeAchievable goals in school and life

How to achieve wellbeing?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with family and friends.
- Make regular time available for social contact.
- Try to find work that you find enjoyable and rewarding, rather than just working for the best pay.
- Eat wholesome, nutritious foods.
- Do regular physical activity.
- Become involved in activities that interest you.
- Join local organisations or clubs that appeal to you.
- Set yourself achievable goals and work towards them.
- Try to be optimistic and enjoy each day.

- Keeping track of a population's wellbeing helps governments to decide on particular policies.
